About Leslie

Leslie McRaney is a Realtor® and team leader with Team Leslie & Company at EXP Realty in RVA. Born and raised in Richmond, VA Leslie has a lifelong knowledge of the greater Richmond area. Leslie attended VCU and graduated in 1994 with a BFA in fashion merchandising. After beginning her career in Property Management and also working in Corporate Housing, Real Estate was a natural transition . Buying and selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions of your life and it is critically important to work with a Realtor who has in depth knowledge of the local market and market trends. Licensed since 2001, Leslie has worked in new construction and re-sales and has received numerous production awards.

Leslie is a proud mother of two children. Matthew works construction at Shoosmith Bros, and Anna is a Junior at Midlothian High School.  Although Leslie spends most of her time helping her clients with buying or selling properties, you can also find Leslie playing tennis on several local teams, working in her yard or playing with her shih tzu, Gizmo.  Leslie is extremely passionate about helping her clients find their dream home.  She is in the top 3% nationwide of all real estate agents.
